02 Goals.

Replace an automated-only ad setup with a structured HVAC Google Ads account, get more calls from the Google Business Profile listing, and build out the website for local HVAC SEO.

  • Build a standard Google Search account where only Smart campaigns and Local Services Ads had run
  • Grow calls from the Google Business Profile listing
  • Expand and tighten the website's HVAC service pages
  • Send tracked calls and completed jobs back into Google Ads
The brief

Turn the Google listing into a steadier source of calls, and give paid search real structure.

03 Strategy.

01

HVAC Google Ads

A standard Google Search account built in March 2026, with separate campaigns for AC repair, HVAC maintenance and replacement, plus call tracking and job uploads set up to send tracked calls and completed jobs back into Google Ads. Before this, the account had only run Smart campaigns and Local Services Ads.

02

Google Business Profile for HVAC

Google Business Profile updates and Q&As, profile posts, and listing and citation consistency work, including Apple Maps, aimed at keeping services and business details consistent wherever customers find the business.

03

HVAC SEO

Service and service-area page work, new HVAC service pages, core-page and click-through fixes, technical SEO, internal linking and content clusters on the website.

How we measured

Profile figures compare July to September 2026 with July to September 2025 in Google Business Profile. Impressions add up the four search and maps view types.

Paid figures compare April to June 2026, the first full calendar quarter of the engagement, with July to September 2026. Form leads count the website form actions in Google Ads that were counted in both quarters. The same doubling and the same 24% drop hold when we count only the main service form, which Google Ads has tracked since May 2025. The maintenance campaign figure is like-for-like: it counts every lead action, calls and forms, that was counted in both quarters.

Completed jobs come from the client's own job management report and compare March to September 2026 with the same months of 2025. February is left out because the engagement began partway through that month.
