MATADOR™
BY IMPRINT DIGITAL®

Built in-house

We built our own software so you know the real numbers.

Every Imprint client runs on Matador™ by Imprint Digital®, the platform our team built and works in every day. It checks your accounts every day, puts only measured figures on your monthly report, and has a person make or approve every change.

Know the numbers. Tell the truth.

Grab Your Business By The Horns.™

You've paid for marketing and gotten a report you can't read. You've been told it's working by people who couldn't show you where the money went. Maybe you've been ghosted by a marketer or two.

You don't need another login or another pitch. You need someone to make the phone ring, show you the proof, and tell you straight when something isn't working. That's why we built Matador™.

01 · Watched every day

Every account, checked every day.

Every active client account is checked every day for the problems that quietly cost you money: a budget that's hit its limit, a tracking gap, a high lead-decline rate, a missing Search Console connection. Each problem goes straight to the department that owns it, so the right team picks it up.

Every week, each account gets an On track, At risk or Off track status from fixed rules, and Account Management signs off on it.

  • Daily checks on every active account.
  • Problems routed to the department that owns them.
  • Changes our team makes to a live Google Ads account from Matador™ go through a confirm screen that shows before and after, with a 50% cap on budget changes and a record of who approved what.
Screens
Matador™ has a light and a dark theme. The switch changes the screens on this page.

02 · Tell the truth

Revenue means jobs your CRM recorded, not a value an ad platform assigned.

Your monthly report from Matador™ carries measured figures only. Revenue on it is what your CRM shows was invoiced on jobs completed that month, where your CRM is connected. The conversion value an ad platform assigns never appears on it, and neither does a return multiple. If a figure can't be measured, it's left off the report instead of showing up as a zero, and snapshot figures like your review count say which day they're from.

Every written point on the report has to cite a figure from your data. Matador™ checks that on every edit and again at approval, and a person approves the report before you see it.

Inside Matador™, our team's screens keep measured revenue separate from estimates, and a feed that doesn't report shows n/a, never zero. Where your CRM is connected, we follow leads through to booked jobs, completed jobs and revenue.

For local businesses we track, a weekly Google Maps ranking grid shows where you show up across your service area, next to review health: your rating, new reviews in the last 30 days, and how many get a reply.

  • Measured figures only on your monthly report.
  • Revenue from your CRM, not from an ad platform.
  • Every written point checked against your data and approved by a person.

03 · Nothing hidden

One system for the work. A person on every decision.

Every task, comment and deadline for every client lives in one system, more than 5,000 tasks as of October 2026, with automatic reminders when something is due or late. Nothing about your account depends on somebody's inbox.

Our team uses AI to work faster. Every AI draft is reviewed by a person before it reaches you or touches your accounts. Nothing Matador™ drafts goes live until someone on our team approves it.

Onboarding runs in Matador™ from day one. You get one link that works on your phone: a checklist, simple "give us access" steps that tick themselves off, checked daily, once we can see your Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Business Profile and Meta accounts, a place to upload your brand files, and a Requests list that shows what we're waiting on from you, with due dates.

  • 5,000+ tasks in one system (October 2026).
  • A person reviews every AI draft.
  • Onboarding from one mobile link, with access checked for you across 6 platforms.

Your data

How we protect your data.

We don't hold a third-party security certification, so here is exactly what we do instead.

Every page and data route runs a role check before it returns anything.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

The database is backed up every night, and each backup is test-restored and checked row by row.

Lead phone numbers and emails are stored only as keyed hashes, never as the raw number or address.

Questions about Matador™.

How do I get Matador™?
Every Imprint Digital client gets Matador™ as part of working with us. There's no extra fee for it today. It's the software our team uses to run your account.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. Our team runs Matador™. Your part is the onboarding link, which works on your phone: a short checklist, access steps that check themselves off, and a place to upload files and send us requests.
When can I log in and see my results?
Onboarding runs in Matador™ from day one, and you can track your checklist and requests there. A full results view for clients is built but not open to clients yet, and we won't put a date on this page until it's real. Today, your monthly report goes through draft, review and approval by our team before you see it.
Is there an app?
Yes. Matador™ installs on your phone's home screen straight from your browser, on iPhone or Android, with no app store download. Today, during onboarding, it opens your checklist, requests and account settings.
Does AI make decisions on my account?
No. Our team uses AI to draft and summarize faster, and a person reviews every AI draft before it reaches you or your accounts. Account status comes from fixed rules, not AI.
Where do the revenue numbers come from?
Your own CRM. Housecall Pro is connected today; if you use something else, ask us on the call. What an ad platform reports as conversion value never appears on your report and is never called revenue. If your CRM isn't connected, revenue is left off your report instead of showing up as a zero.
How often are the numbers updated?
Most data updates once a day, and the Google Maps grid once a week.
Does Matador™ take over my accounts?
No. Matador™ reads your ad, analytics and CRM accounts through the access you give us during onboarding. It doesn't move them or replace them.
How is my data protected?
Role checks on every page, encryption in transit and at rest, nightly backups that are test-restored, and lead phone numbers and emails stored only as keyed hashes. The full detail is in our Data Processing Terms.
Which platforms does it work with?
Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Business Profile, Tag Manager, BrightLocal, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel and Meta ads reporting. 10 in all.
