The Bench

Senior on every call. The whole bench.

No bait-and-switch to a junior after sign-on. The senior who took the first call is the senior who runs the work, with the rest of the bench behind them when the lane needs it.

The Imprint Digital team ▮ The team · Loveland, CO

Operators on the seat. Not a sales rep, not a junior.

Every lane is owned by a senior who's run the work for a decade. Every email program gets the same discipline: deliverability honest, segmentation real, editorial voice that sounds like a person. The bench supports the senior, not the other way around.

  • Senior on the first call · and every call after
  • No junior handoff after sign-on
  • Specialist bench behind every lane
  • Same operator pattern across all 8 lanes

Open the audit.

Tell us where your email is stuck. Dead list, dead opens, dead sender reputation. We'll audit the lane on the house and tell you honestly whether the program is worth standing up.

Email marketing questions, answered

Is email still worth it?+
It is the only channel where you own the audience. Most visitors are not ready to buy on the first visit, and email is what keeps you present until they are. It also costs nothing per send relative to paid, which is why it usually returns the most per dollar of any channel we run.
My emails go to spam. Can you fix deliverability?+
Usually, yes. Deliverability is mostly authentication and sender reputation: SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, list hygiene, and sending patterns that do not look automated to inbox providers. We audit all of it before writing a single campaign.
What do you do with a list that has gone cold?+
Re-engagement rather than deletion. Dormant subscribers already know your name and already gave you permission, so they are the cheapest audience you have. We segment them out, run a win-back sequence, and only then prune the ones who genuinely never respond.
