As a custom home builder, Robbins Contracting doesn’t receive as many online hits as your average service business, simply because there are fewer people building custom homes than there are people who need plumbers, HVAC contractors, etc. Because of this, every single click matters, and it’s essential that they capitalize on the organic traffic that does exist for their service.

Approach & Strategy

Strategy Overview: Technical SEO, money page optimization, authority boosting, strategy revamp

Execution Plan: We began by adding new schemas, optimizing money pages, pruning content we deemed unnecessary, and handling dead links found across the site. There were other minor updates that had to be made, such as cleaning up dead images and videos. Past that, we reimagined the way they were targeting customers in search engines by optimizing potential sales funnel pages for people that wanted to live in certain communities.

After that, we started improving old blog content and peppering in new ones to further enhance the site’s authority. As we worked through all of this, we were also optimizing their Google Business Profile and ensuring they were present on key citation sites.
